Default Handlers

Auto-complete Not Magic

Auto-complete_Not_Magic

The text GLX2 uses in order to complete a handler is something you, the user, can author or modify. You can also do nothing at all and GLX2 will decide on its own how to auto-complete a handler.

How to Start

How_to_Start

It all starts with selecting My Default Handlers from the Handlersmenu.

The First Time

The_First_Time

When you first decide to write some of your own default handlers, you will be show a script that includes all of GLX2's default handlers. You can replace as many as you like.

In case you can't read the text in the script editor image to the right, the highly instructive notes say the following:

These are the handlers YOU would like to appear whenever you perform an autocomplete (via cmd+k) or clairvoyance on a handler name!

Your handlers here will override the GLX2 default handlers, whereas handlers NOT contained here will NOT override the GLX2 default handlers.

To restore your handlers here to the GLX2 default handlers:
1) Delete all contents of this script and compile;
2) Then choose "Default Handlers" from the Script menu again.
