The GLX2 Installer places a file called "GLX2 Code.rev" in the third party plugins folder (shown above). Once installed, restart Revolution and then click the Script Icon on the Rev Dock or just edit the script of an object and you'll see it. When GLX2 Script Editor opens for the first time, it will automatically become your default script editor with its own menubar. Instructional tooltips will also be turned "on" to help you along with short-cuts and quick explanations.
With GLX2 now installed and visible, you may notice as you move your mouse over the stack you're working on, the long name of the object beneath the mouse pointer appears the new optional Status Bar which attaches itself beneath the Revolution Dock. If you don't have the Status Bar turned on, check it out at the bottom of the Preferences palette. If you have Show Instructional Tooltips turned on in the GLX2 Preferences palette, you'll also see some instructions in yellow text. Those little yellow instructions tell you how to use no-click inspection: hold down the command and option keys on a Mac or the control and alt keys on Windows. This magic is only temporary, however. To save processor cycles for your work product, GLX2 only allows no-click inspection in 3 second bursts after you stop moving your mouse. When your mouse is moving GLX2 is always inspecting. You may also notice when the mouse is over a "neutral" area of a window (no controls are on it), the long name of the window's card appears in the status field.
