Script_and_Handlers

• There is now full support for command, private command andprivate function in the Handlers list. 

• There's also full support for the above in the Script field as regards colorizing, formatting and, of course, compiling. 

• NOTE: These will be arriving in Galaxy and GLX2 shortly.
